HOW TO OBTAIN A QUOTE
AND PLACE AN ORDER
HOW DO I OBTAIN A QUOTE?

- Email us;

Once you have decided on the items you want, we will send you a formal quote. We are happy to answer any questions you have, and we will check with out supplier/s to make sure your item is in stock. We will then confirm any pricing, specifications, expected delivery time and delivery cost (if any).
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Once your quote is finalised and you are ready to proceed, there are a number of options for ordering:
- You can call us with your credit card details, or email us and let us know when is a good time for us to call you in order to receive your credit card details.
- You can fax your credit card details through to us.
- For your own security, please do not email credit card details to us.
- You can pay by Direct Bank Transfer - contact us for details.
- You can mail us a money order or cheque, and your order will be started once the cheque has cleared.
